Sucrase Plate

Sucrase is an enzyme that helps our body convert dietary sugar into useable energy. The plate is designed to decrease people‘s daily intake of sugar due to its smaller size. Compared to normal dessert plate, the sucrase serves its purpose as the sweet food becomes proportionally larger in this plate.

Statistically, high dietary intake of sugar leads to diseases such as diabetes and high blood pressure. By the concept of the essential enzyme in our metabolism, I hope the sucrase plate can encourage people to eat less sweet food and increase exercise and therefore live in a healthy way.
